Laser Cutting and Trimming

Our customers depend on Church Metal as their single source short run production supplier. Laser blanking allows shorter lead times, smaller pruduction runs and neglible tooling costs. Church Metal has had an industrial CO2 laser onsite for more than 30 years. Originally purchased to simply trim metal spinnings, we have integrated the laser within our production process : cutting blanks for spun and press formed parts, cutting features in metal spun parts or laser cut flat parts.

• From 24 gage to 3/4" Steel
• From 20 gage to 1/2" Stainless Steel
• From .032 to 1/4" Aluminum
• Clean cutting available on Steel and Stainless Steel, which eliminates oxygenated edge, and improves welds

• Cut features before and/or after the spinning process
• Flange bolt hole circles
• Tube fitting

• Press brake bending
• Tapping and countersinking
• Extrusion and other press forming
