Summary – Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

We are seeking a Maintenance Industrial professional to join our team in Milwaukee, WI . In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality parts and enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing scheduled maintenance on electro-mechanical and hydraulic machinery, including metal spinning lathes, metal forming equipment, hydraulic presses, dust collectors, and air compressors.
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Installing and modifying machinery and systems as needed.
  • Conducting facility maintenance and general repairs.
  • Performing routine safety inspections to ensure compliance and workplace safety.

Required Skills and Experience (Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment):

We’re looking for someone with strong industrial troubleshooting and repair capabilities, including:

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
  • High mechanical aptitude and strong spatial reasoning.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with PLC and CNC systems (preferred).
  • Forklift certification and repair experience (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of integrity.
  • Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in craftsmanship.

Education, Training, and Additional Qualifications (Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment):

  • Experience with machinery moving, setup, and rigging.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and follow a maintenance schedule.
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders, aerial lifts, and forklifts.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
