Product Flow requires cylinders, reducers and conical shapes to help move, measure and weigh product as it is processed, flows within a system or packaged. Church Metal provides all of these components including fabrication of complete parts with tubes, formed/fabricated reducer tubes, flanges (holes and tapped holes), retaining clips, angled plates or whatever is required for the finished hopper, cylinder or component to be functional out of the box from Church Metal. This includes custom bag racks and other filtration housings.
Parts are produced from low carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel and occasionally from aluminum. Generally, these parts are a lighter gage, about 11gage (3mm) and lighter thicknesses. Custom design and sizing can help to reduce assembly and welding time – either for our Customers, or for us to pass the savings on if Church completes the final weldment.
Church Metal cleans these items before shipment and rely on our partners for polishing, plating and painting to the Customer’s final specifications. Our parts are used in low pressure, vacuum or gravity systems.
