Summary - Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment We are seeking a Maintenance Industrial professional to join our team in Milwaukee, WI . In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality parts and enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance on electro-mechanical and hydraulic machinery, including metal spinning lathes, metal forming equipment, hydraulic presses, dust collectors, and air compressors.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Installing and modifying machinery and systems as needed.
• Conducting facility maintenance and general repairs.
• Performing routine safety inspections to ensure compliance and workplace safety.

Required Skills and Experience (Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment): We’re looking for someone with strong industrial troubleshooting and repair capabilities, including:

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
• High mechanical aptitude and strong spatial reasoning.

• Experience with PLC and CNC systems (preferred).

Education, Training, and Additional Qualifications (Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment):

• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, aerial lifts, and forklifts.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

The Quality Technician will be a key member of Church Metal's Quality Team. They should have experience in reading/interpreting prints, a good understanding of GDT dimensioning, experience in calibrating measurement tools and experience in using 2D and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks is ideal). Previous experience in using a CMM and performing measurement of parts is preferred. Initially, the primary activities to be performed are:

• Measurement of interim or completed parts using CMM and manual measurement devices.
• Giving appropriate feedback to other members of the Quality Team and Production Team.
• Perform gage calibration of manual gages.
• Record and document Quality issues or problems using Company ERP.
• Aid in the completion of PPAP packages under direction of Senior Quality Technician and Manager.
• Complete updates to production process documents including job travelers, inspection documents and prints.
• Participate on cross departmental teams to address and resolve quality problems and to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes and methods.

Setup and operate CNC equipment including metal spinning lathe. Operator will mount and check tooling, monitor the process, complete required measurements, tear down and clean machine between part changeover. Must have experience and capability to use multiple measuring devices including tape measure, caliper, height gage and circumference tape. Job requires medium physical and mental effort. Must have the capability to mount tooling using overhead manual crane and handle parts weighing up to 35 pounds, with most being lighter. Must have good math skills. Knowledge and experience in working with CNC metal fabricating equipment is preferred.

Church Metal Spinning in Milwaukee has an opportunity for a Production Operator

Operate equipment including metal spinning lathe, seam welder or 5-axis laser.  Operator may also do some cleaning and packaging of parts and de-nesting depending on work load.  Operator will load/unload parts from equipment, check cosmetic features of parts.   While previous experience in measuring metal parts would be a plus, Operator will be trained to use multiple measuring devices including tape measure, caliper, height gage and circumference tape.

Job requires medium physical and mental effort. Must have the capability to stand for long periods and handle parts weighing up to 35 pounds. Must have good mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Some experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Church Metal Spinning in Milwaukee has an opportunity for a Laser Operator

Job Responsibilities The Laser Operator will manage laser operations including setting up and operating laser, loading and unloading material, and running the required production programs. Experience with both CO2 and Fiber lasers preferred.

• Material handling with fork lift - must be proficient with experience. Load automated material handling tower.
• Read part drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure parts are cut to customer specifications.
• Monitor cut conditions, speeds and feeds to ensure quality cut, and optimal machine operation
• Measure and inspect dimensions of in-process and finished product using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications for quality.
• Resolve quality and mechanical problems, making minor equipment adjustments as needed.
• Inspect and maintain workplace and equipment for compliance with safety requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Set up future jobs on other lasers while machines are operating and cutting.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum 2+ years’ work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent material handling skills.
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work independently.
• Ability to read blueprints, proficient math and computer skills.

This role of Production Coordinator will supervise employees and operations to manufacture product while optimizing safety, quality, teamwork, productivity, costs, and customer service. The Production Manager will ensure all environmental and safety policies and programs are upheld. This role will lead daily manufacturing operations designed to meet production schedules, customer demand, equipment efficiency, materials flow, while meeting quality requirements with an effective manufacturing process. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven plus years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Three plus years’ supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated abilities in delegation, communications, problem solving, and decision making.
• Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement techniques, and project management.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
